Reliable load/no-load regulation
Full load, no-load control is one of the most commonly used air compressor control methods and has proven to be one of the most reliable and efficient control systems available today. A start at unload mode allows smooth start-up against counter pressure, whilst stopping at unload mode protects the compressor element from backward rotation.

Superior screw element for efficient, reliable and safe compression
The element is considered to be the heart of a compressor. Screw elements are known for their efficiency thanks to the internal compression process. Minimal clearances between the male and female rotor avoid leakage and ensure higher efficiency. Our durable coating on our rotors and housing minimizes the operational clearances and protects the element against corrosion. The cooling jacket of the element allows small clearances between the rotor and the housing limits the mechanical stresses and increases lifetime.
The unique seal design results in certified oil-free compression technology (Class 0 certified) that protects the process from any contamination. On top of that, the tuned oil injection to bearings and gears provides lubrication and cooling which reduces wear and increases reliability.

Gear transmission ensures low maintenance costs, as they avoid the use of belts and pulleys that need frequent replacing. High precision gears reduce vibrations to increase element lifetime and result in minimized transmission losses. On top of that, gear transmission is stable over time, ensuring the energy consumption of the unit remains as low as promised, over its full lifecycle.

Heat is a component’s biggest enemy. The oil pump provides oil lubrication and cooling to gears and bearings. On top of that, it ensures oil flow through the cooling jacket of the element. The oil injection nozzles spray the optimal amount of cooled and filtered oil to each bearing and gear. The gear rotor-type oil pump ensures a long lifetime as there is no wearing contact.

Casted silencer
The transfer of pulsations generated by the screw compressor is minimized by the casted silencer. This helps to avoid vibration and noise issues in the pipe system of the customer and minimizes losses due to pulsation in the air flow.

High quality air-cooled or water-cooled aftercooler
Whether you should choose an air-cooled or water-cooled aftercooler will depend on your application and the amenities on site. Both types of aftercoolers will help you to provide cool compressed air to your production process at a minimum amount of pressure drops:
• The air-cooled integrated aluminum alloy aftercooler.
• The water-cooled aftercooler consists of corrosion-resistant stainless tubes manufactured in a highly reliable robot welding process.

Cooling fans for a stable outlet temperature
The cooling fans ensure are stable outlet temperature at various ambient conditions, making sure the compressed air has the right temperature for your process. The cooling fans of the air-cooled variant are speed regulated by a frequency drive. This allows set-point control of the outlet temperature of the process air, independent of the ambient temperature, and reduces thermal stress on the aluminum cooler.

Integrated Neos Variable Speed Drive (VSD) concept
Applications that have a variable air demand, can benefit from having an integrated VSD. A VSD ensures the motor speed is adjustable and helps to save energy at a reduced air demand. Our integrated solution perfectly matches motor and drive to each other, to optimize their usage and to provide maximum turndown. The technology has been developed in-house, specifically for compressed air applications. The inverter and motor both comply with IES2 Power Drive System efficiency.
